MST Field Day Volunteers Needed! 

Field Day is coming up on Thursday, May 7th, and it’s one of the most exciting days of the year for our students! Coach McClendon and Coach Latta are looking for volunteers to help make the day fun, safe, and successful for everyone. Volunteer support is needed between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM, and we would truly appreciate your help!

Students will participate in Field Day activities at the following times:

• PreK–2nd Grade: 8:30–11:00 AM
• 3rd–6th Grade: 12:00–2:30 PM

Each volunteer time slot is approximately one hour long and is assigned to a specific event or activity. You’re welcome to sign up for one or multiple slots based on your availability.

A great perk of volunteering? You’ll have the opportunity to cheer on your child during their designated Field Day time while you’re on campus!

We’re excited for a day full of energy, teamwork, and fun—and we can’t do it without our amazing volunteers! Volunteering is completely optional, but your support makes a big difference.
