Recognition ads are available in three sizes:

¼ Page — $25

½ Page — $50

Full Page — $100

All ads are full color and fully customizable using TreeRing’s easy online design tools.

How to Purchase & Design Your Recognition Ad

All recognition ads are purchased and created through our yearbook provider, TreeRing.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to

https://www.treering.com/validate

2. Enter MST’s school passcode:

3. Log in to your existing Treering account, or create a new account if applicable.

4. Click on “Explore Yearbooks,” then click on the green “Get Started” button under the Recognition Ads section at the bottom of the page.

5. Choose your ad size and click the corresponding button to begin the design process.

What Families Usually Include in Their Ad

Recognition ads are completely customizable, but most families include a mix of photos and a short message celebrating their student.

Here are some popular ideas:

Quick FAQ

Do I have to be a 6th grade parent to purchase an ad?

No! Recognition ads are available for students in all grades. However, we have given our graduating 6th graders exclusive access for one week (March 3-9, 2026) prior to opening ads to the rest of the school. Sales will open to all grades on March 10, 2026, so mark your calendar!

What if I have already designed my student's ad? Can I use that?

Absolutely! Just make sure your design fits Treering's advanced photo requirements. Check out their page dedicated to "Creating Your Child's Recognition Ad Outside of Treering" for all of the details.

What if I want to completely customize my child's ad or use Canva?

Not a problem! You can design an ad in a free program like Canva and export it as a high quality photo that you can then upload to Treering. IMPORTANT: Be sure to confirm all design guidelines on Treering's page dedicated to "Creating Your Child's Recognition Ad Outside of Treering" where they outline all formatting and sizing details.
